How?

Here's what I provide for coached athletes:

+Workout schedules for swimming/biking/running utilizing the latest sports science knowledge. After you give me a information about your training/goals/history/etc. I come up with workouts for you, usually in 4 week blocks.

+Frequent contact for support, refinement of the training plans, advice, etc.

Basically I will try to everything in my power to help you accomplish your goals.

Who?

Athletes of all abilities are welcome. If you are a beginner I can help you define and accomplish your basic fitness, training, and racing goals. If you are an advanced competitor I can help you reach further than you ever have.

How much $?

$250/month.  For a small investment in yourself you can realize enormous gains in personal accomplishment, competitive performance, and training effectiveness.
